GHY has invested in the tools, technology, and people to manage internal and external elements of our relationships with its clients, suppliers, carriers, and Customs agencies in both Canada and the United States.
We are engaged in EDI relationships with the Canadian Border Services Agency and the U.S. Customs Border & Protection Agency, as well with a number of clients for various degrees of transmission and back-office processing of invoice information.
Our Information Services Department is involved with many clients on a hands-on basis to help identify and implement technical solutions to challenges in the customs and international trade environment. They work closely with, and are supported by, internal staff resources and our hardware, software, and network service providers.
