Posted April 24, 2014

The U.S. Customs Border Protection Agency (CBP) is inviting customs brokers, self-filing importers and carriers that have an Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal account to participate in the latest annual survey covering activity of the program over the past year.

The CBP is seeking feedback on various problems and benefits participants are experiencing with ACE so it can report back to its stakeholders. For example, the CBP is asking respondents to provide cost and time savings information pertaining to for Periodic Monthly Statement processing, Post Summary Corrections, and Census Warning Override functionality. CBP is also asking respondents to identify the most useful functionality currently being used and the most anticipated functionality that is scheduled for delivery.

The survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete, but also allows respondents the opportunity to make extensive comments if they want to.
