CBP Seeking Participation in ACE Survey

Posted January 18, 2015

On January 15, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that it was inviting the trade community to participate in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Trade User Satisfaction Survey for Available Capabilities through Calendar Year 2014.

The CBP states that it is looking for feedback on benefits and issues users are experiencing with ACE in order to help identify areas that may need improvement.

In addition to overall user satisfaction questions, this survey seeks input on satisfaction levels with ACE’s newly deployed capabilities. CBP is also requesting feedback on users’ experience with CBP Client Representatives, as well as gauging their awareness of and plans to comply with the mandatory use dates of ACE.

Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey will close on February 13, 2015. Click here to access it now.
