Exports rose 0.1% to C$44.9 billion, slowing from an October gain of 0.5%. Industrial machinery and equipment shipments rose 8.0% to C$2.62 billion while farm and fishing products declined 8.6% to C$2.31 billion.
Imports climbed 0.5% to C$44.8 billion following a gain of 1.0% the month before, Statistics Canada said. The aircraft and other transportation equipment category rose 12.4% to C$1.69 billion and energy fell 10.1% to C$3.29 billion. Read more here.
