Tariff Complaint the Latest Sign of Deteriorating Relationship

The European Union brought a complaint against Russia at the World Trade Organization on Friday challenging import tariffs that Moscow places on a range of goods, the WTO said.

The complaint singles out paper, palm-oil products, refrigerators and refrigerator-freezers, the Geneva-based arbiter of trade disputes said. It is the third complaint brought by the EU since Russia joined the WTO in August 2012. Russia has brought two cases against the EU. Read more here.
