This memorandum refers to the application, pursuant to section 3 of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), of anti-dumping duty to importations of certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate originating in or exported the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Indonesia, the Italian Republic, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. These duties are applied as a result of a finding of threat of injury by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (Tribunal). Complete details are available here.
