Preliminary Decisions of Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods

Please be advised that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today (December 3, 2014) made preliminary determinations of dumping under the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) respecting certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam. In addition, the CBSA made a preliminary determination of subsidizing with respect to certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

Today, the CBSA also terminated the subsidy investigation with respect to certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea and Turkey.
