Regulators including the International Civil Aviation Authority (ICAO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) have promised to seek synergies in order to avoid duplication over issues such as security at the opening today of The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA)’s Air Cargo Forum in Seoul.
TIACA chairman Oliver Evans said the air cargo sector had to work more closely with regulators to deliver safe, reliable, efficient global trade. “The industry is facing unprecedented challenges and unprecedented opportunities; we must face them together,” he said. “Collaboration is key.
