SIMA –Final Decisions Respecting Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods

On March 3, 2015, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final determination of dumping pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), in respect of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam and made a final determination of subsidizing, in respect of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from India, Indonesia and Vietnam.

On the same date, pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(b) of the SIMA, the President of the CBSA terminated the subsidy investigation in respect of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from the Philippines, Thailand and Ukraine. Click here for complete details.
