FAS 2019 ER: Certain Carbon Steel Fasteners
Notice pursuant to SIMA that CBSA has initiated an expiry review of a 2015 order concerning the dumping of certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from China and Chinese Taipei and the subsidizing of such products originating in or exported from China.

Customs Notice 19-21: Decommissioning of the Legacy Release Service Options
Notice advising that CBSA is extending the decommissioning of legacy Other Government Department Release Service Options (OGD PARS & RMD) to April 1, 2020.

LLP 2019 UP1: Large Diameter Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe
As part of its enforcement of the CITT’s 2016 injury finding respecting the dumping of large line pipe from Japan, the CBSA has initiated a review to update the normal values and export prices of certain welded large diameter carbon and alloy steel line pipe exported from Japan by Sumitomo Corporation.

PLA6 2019 UP 01: Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Plate
Notice pursuant to SIMA tha the CBSA has initiated a review to update the normal values and export prices applicable to certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate exported to Canada from Ukraine by MetInvest International S.A.

SR2 2019 IN: Certain Sucker Rods
Statement of Reasons pursuant to SIMA concerning the CBSA's decision to initiate an investigation into the dumping of certain sucker rods originating in or exported from Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

PLA7 2019 ER: Certain Hot-rolled Carbon Steel Plate
Notice pursuant to SIMA advising that the CBSA has determined the expiry of a 2014 CITT finding is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of such goods originating in or exported from Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and South Korea.

SR2 2019 IN: Certain Sucker Rods
Notice pursuant to SIMA that responding to a complaint by Apergy Canada, Alberta Oil Tool Division, the CBSA has initiated an investigation regarding the alleged injurious dumpting of certain sucker rods from Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

OS 2019 RI: Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG I & II) and Certain Seamless Casing
Notice pursuant to SIMA that the CBSA has initiated re-investigations to update the normal values and export prices of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China. Additionally, the CBSA has initiated a re-investigation in connection with certain OCTG originating in or exported from Taiwan, Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.

Notice to Industry: Service Fee Cap Extended for Certain Animal Health Export Certificates
Notice advising that CFIA has renewed its existing $75 per unit cap on service fees for animal health export certificates required for certain live animals (e.g., swine, cattle, flightless birds, poultry, hatching eggs, horses, sheep and goats) and mammalian embryos that do not require testing and inspection by CFIA.

Web Bulletin 20191001: Upcoming Change re Importation of Mixtures Containing Animal Ingredients
Advisory noting that starting November 1, 2019, guidelines for importing products of animal origin containing multiple ingredients come into force, which affect for example, feeds, fertilizers, food with milk or egg ingredients, vitamin and mineral supplements, and commodities containing products of a rendering plant or other animal-origin ingredients.

Web Bulletin 20190930: – Requirements Applicable to Foods Containing Both Meat and Shellfish
Advisory regarding new documentation outlining the requirements that apply to the preparation of Fish products containing meat or Meat products containing shellfish and the import of Fish products containing meat or Meat products containing shellfish.

RR-2019-002: Certain Fasteners
Notice pursuant to SIMA regarding the CITT’s initiation of an expiry review of prior orders dating back to 2005 covering the dumping of certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from China and Chinese Taipei and the subsidizing of such products originating in or exported from China.

LE-2019-002: Concrete Reinforcing Bar
Notice pursuant to SIMA, that a 2015 finding by the CITT concerning the dumping of hot‑rolled deformed steel concrete reinforcing bar originating or exported from the China, South Korea, and Turkey, and the subsidizing of such goods originating or exported from China, is scheduled to expire on January 8, 2020, barring the initiation of an expiry review.

RR‑2018-006: Structural Tubing
Notice pursuant to SIMA regarding the CITT’s continuation of prior orders dating back to 2003 covering the dumping of certain structural tubing originating in or exported from South Korea and Turkey.

PI-2019-001: Certain Sucker Rods from Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico
Notice pursuant to SIMA that the CITT has initiated a preliminary injury inquiry to determine whether the evidence discloses a reasonable indication that the dumping of certain sucker rods originating in or exported from Argentina, Brazil and Mexico, has caused injury or is threatening to harm domestic producers.
