On September 26, the Canadian government finally released to the public the complete text of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) as it stands at the end of the negotiations between Canada and the European Union. The consolidated text of CETA can be found on the Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development website here. A PDF version of the text has not yet been made available.
As per the disclaimer noted on the site, the text “will be subject to legal review, a process that will also involve formatting. Subsequent to the legal review and formatting, the complete text will become binding upon the completion of the ratification process by both Canada and the EU.”
