The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requires that all food facilities that manufacture, process, pack, or store food for distribution in the United States update their registration every even-numbered year.
The 2016 Food Facility Registration Biennial Renewal period begins October 1, 2016, and ends December 31, 2016. Failure to renew your registration during this specified time frame will result in cancellation of your Food Facility Registration number and your shipment(s) to the U.S. may be refused entry.
