Manila Port Decongestion Efforts Paying Off

The measures put in place by the Philippine government to decongest the ports are paying off as more vessels are now able to unload their cargoes.
The utilisation levels in Manila ports have slightly eased, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) disclosed, reported Manila Bulletin.
At the Manila InternationalContainer Port (MICP), district collector Elmir Dela Cruz said MICP’s port operator, International Container Terminal Service Inc (ICTSI), could already facilitate the unloading of containers from the ships. Read more here.
