Truck tonnage surged 7.6% year-over-year in November after a 10.5% increase in October, according to American Trucking Associations.

The For-Hire Truck Tonnage was 151.8 in November compared with 140 in the same month of 2016. On a sequential basis, the index grew 2.3% from the 148.4 in October. The index uses a base level of 100 for freight activity in the year 2000. Click here to read more.
