AD/CVD on Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) from Argentina, Mexico, Russia and South Korea

On September 26, 2022, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) which refers to the casing, tubing, piping and pipelines used in the petroleum industry, from Argentina, Mexico, and Russia; and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of OCTG from Russia and South Korea.
