The U.S. Customs and Border Protection will host a webinar titled IEEPA Duty Refunds on April 17 at 2:30 p.m. ET covering duty refunds under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). According to CBP, the webinar will explain how to request refunds through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) using the Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) framework. Topics include submission of CAPE Declarations, processing steps, and refund issuance. The webinar supports CBP’s April 10 guidance on ACE deployment for IEEPA refund requests.

Registration

 Customs brokers and other interested participants can register through the official registration page. All registrants will receive the access link on the day of the event. Entry remains first-come, first-served due to limited capacity.
After the live session, the webinar recording will be available through CBP’s Trade Outreach Webinars page for replay, along with previously published sessions.
