CBP Launches New Forced Labor Allegation Portal with Upcoming Webinar Training

.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will officially launch the Forced Labor Allegation Portal on June 20, 2025, offering trade stakeholders a new and more efficient way to submit allegations of forced labor in supply chains. This secure, web-based platform is designed to improve transparency and streamline how CBP processes forced labor complaints.

The new portal will be accessible at:
👉 https://flallegation.cbp.gov (link goes live June 20, 2025), site will be online shortly.

Once deployed, all forced labor-related submissions must be made through this portal. Users attempting to use the previous Trade Violations Reporting (TVR) system, also known as “e-Allegations,” will be automatically redirected.


Key Features of the Forced Labor Allegation Portal

  • Anonymous Submissions: Allegations can be submitted without disclosing the identity of the user.

  • Document Uploads: Users can upload and manage supporting documentation.

  • Case Tracking: Submitters can view the status of their allegations.

  • Integrated Review: The system facilitates faster coordination between CBP’s:

    • Forced Labor Division (FLD)

    • Office of Field Operations (OFO)

    • Centers of Excellence and Expertise (CEE)
