On June 16, 2026, CBP added new tools and automation to simplify ACE Portal account management.

  • TAO account reactivation: Inactive Trade Account Owners (TAOs) can request reactivation by emailing ACE.Support@cbp.dhs.gov with “reactivation” in the subject line from their registered ACE email address.
  • TAO lookup assistance: Users can request help identifying their company’s Trade Account Owner by emailing ACE.Support@cbp.dhs.gov with “Trade Account Owner Lookup” in the subject line.
