s we reflect on the past year and look ahead, we extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed to GHY’s continued growth and success, especially during an intensive year of trade disruption marked by new tariffs, regulatory changes, and global supply chain challenges. The resilience, expertise, and commitment of our clients and partners have been vital in navigating these complex times.

To our valued clients, thank you for your trust and partnership. You remain the driving force behind everything we do, and your confidence in GHY challenges us to consistently deliver thoughtful, tailored trade compliance solutions aligned with your business needs. We also extend our sincere thanks to our carrier partners for their support, flexibility, and collaboration in navigating constant change and disruption, helping keep supply chains moving for our shared customers.

This year also marked an important milestone for GHY with the addition of W.G. McKay to our organization. This coming together was grounded in shared values, integrity, accountability, and a deep respect for people and relationships. It was never about scale for its own sake; it was about cultural alignment and strengthening our ability to serve clients while preserving the standards and personal approach both organizations are known for.

We also recognize the continuing pressures facing our communities, including inflation and concerns around food affordability. In response, GHY has taken meaningful steps this year to support those in need through donations to local charities in both Canada and the United States. In Canada, we were proud to support Community Outreach Program-Erie in Fort Erie, Ontario, and Siloam Mission in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In the United States, our contributions were made to Prisma Children’s Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.

A special and heartfelt thank-you goes to our associates across GHY and W.G. McKay. This year’s trade disruptions required extraordinary dedication and agility, and your ability to manage complex compliance, clearances, and client needs under pressure has been exceptional. Your professionalism, teamwork, and tireless efforts are the foundation of our success, and we are deeply grateful for the role each of you has played in sustaining our high standards and service excellence.
