CV Duty Determined for Extruded Aluminum Imports

n March 5, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of aluminum extrusions from the People’s Republic of China (China), Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey.
Countervailing Duty
The duty rate determined ranges from 15.41 and 169.66 percent for China, 0.52 to 43.56 percent for Indonesia, 0.19 to 77.82 percent for Mexico, and 0.82 to 147.53 percent for Turkey.
Note: The antidumping duty (ADD) determinations are still pending and investigation is ongoing for the above and remaining countries Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, India, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam, with an anticipated publication date no later than 7/15/24, unless postponed.
