n May 7, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty investigation of aluminum extrusions from The People’s Republic of China (China), Indonesia, Mexico, and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) Colombia, Ecuador, India, Italy, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).

The antidumping duty rate and determination details are as follows:
- China: 376.85% – determination details
- Colombia: 165.25% – determination details
- Ecuador: 42.79 – 63.21% – determination details
- India: 39.05% – determination details
- Indonesia: 88.53% – determination details
- Italy: 41.67% – determination details
- Korea: 43.56% – determination details
- Malaysia: 25.89 – 27.51% – determination details

Countervailing Duty (CVD) and Determination Details
Previously, on March 5, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of aluminum extrusions from the People’s Republic of China (China), Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey. The duty rate determined ranges from 15.41 and 169.66 percent for China, 0.52 to 43.56 percent for Indonesia, 0.19 to 77.82 percent for Mexico, and 0.82 to 147.53 percent for Turkey.
