Uhe Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)  has issued a notice of extension of the administrative review for certain mattresses imported from the People’s Republic of China under case MAT 2025 UP2. The extension applies to key exporters including Dongguan Sinohome Limited, Dormeo North America, LLC, and Sinomax (Zhejiang) Polyurethane Technology Limited. The revised schedule sets new deadlines for closing the record, submitting case arguments, and replying to submissions. This extension provides additional time for all parties to respond before the review concludes in February 2026.

  • August 7, 2025 – Initiation of CBSA’s administrative review
  • August 28, 2025, by 5:00 pm ET – Importer response to CBSA’s request for information due
  • September 15, 2025, by 5:00 pm ET – Exporter responses to CBSA’s request for information due
