Extension of China 301 Tariff Exclusions Requested by Businesses

Advance Notice to EPA Required to Import 24 Chemicals

USDA Rule Eases Dairy Imports

FAS has issued an interim final rule which suspends for an additional year the historical license reduction provision which would otherwise apply beginning with the 2023 quota year.
